Our four bathrooms and two powder rooms were all extremely dated. He came highly recommended by our interior designer. He has great experience with luxury home building, but has struck out on his own now. As a result, he is willing to do smaller projects and renovations, which is hard to find in Park City.

At the beginning, he had great ideas on value engineering that didn’t reduce the design quality but definitely took out costs. He solved some tricky AC issues throughout the whole house, which is not really in his scope.

Riley is super accessible and communicative at every stage. He is very chill, a great listener and takes ownership. We built a detailed budget and he delivered on the nose. He really cares about the quality of the end product, even if he has to do some rework to make it just perfect. His subs were all very professional. Riley also cares about a very clean job site. I think he covered our entire house in plastic, including all the light fixtures and art. Just a super guy and a super contractor.

His invoicing is very clear and detailed, which makes it easy to foot back to the budget. I’ve referred him to others who’ve been equally pleased.

I smile every time I walk into our bathrooms. We’re so proud now to have houseguests. And I’m still working with Riley. It was such a great experience that we’re doing another small project with him now.
