About Heber Valley Builders
We’re a custom home builder and remodeling contractor based in Heber City, Utah, and we work across Park City and the rest of Wasatch and Summit counties.
Our background
We’re a licensed and insured residential general contractor based in Heber City. Riley King owns and runs Heber Valley Builders. Having lived in the Wasatch Back for over 20 years, he spent five years as a project manager for a custom home builder in Park City before he opened the company in 2024. He’s been building here since 2019 and stresses the importance of high-quality craftsmanship, teamwork and communication on all projects.
He learned scheduling, change orders, and mountain-lot inspections in those years. That work is the unglamorous half of building a house, and it’s most of what a general contractor is for. Honesty, integrity and quality create the Heber Valley Builders backbone which separates us from other general contractors.
We’ve finished ten projects since 2024. Three or four were whole-house remodels or larger, and we’re set up for work of that size. Heber Valley Builders is licensed with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, license number 13957725-5501.
Where we work
We work across Wasatch and Summit counties, from Heber City and Midway on the valley floor, throughout Kamas and Oakley, and into Park City, Deer Valley, Promontory, Red Ledges, Victory Ranch, and Tuhaye. A lot of our work is in gated communities, where we strive to keep a clean and safe jobsite for you, your neighbors and our trade partners.
We also handle construction management for owners who already have an architect and a set of drawings. For every project, we create a comprehensive cost projection and set the schedule, then hold the trades to it.
Almost every job we take comes through referral as we strive to develop long-lasting relationships throughout the community with all clients, designers, realtors, and our trusted subcontractors.
